UX/UI Designer
2023-2024
At 'fonQ' I combined two of my interests: 'Interior with UX.'
Within the Customer Experience team, I worked closely with the product owner, customer Journey specialists, developers, brand director, and other stakeholders to improve the online experience/Interior marketplace.
My love for User Experience and design made me want to learn more about them, and 'Informaat', a driven design agency, inspired me!

My love and drive for UX always motivates me to improve my skills. To give my career a boost, I started a UX/UI Design Bootcamp in Amsterdam. After the Bootcamp, I worked for an IT Consultancy as an UX/UI designer and their clients, Jumbo and Manpower. To dive deep and gain more knowledge, I attended the NN group Conference for Lean-Agile UX and Customer Journey mapping. Short after AJ& Smart training and Scrum Master certificate followed.

UX Design & Research
2015-2017
My UX career started at Mastermate, a building wholesaler. My primary responsibility was to transform the current stores into a new design. I used the Human-Centered Design approach for transforming the stores, build services, and creating an Omni Channel. I used field research, co-creation, IDEO methods to have valuable input for the Design Fase.

Retail Design

Besides my love for people, I was always busy with designing and sketching. My architectural background gave me eyes for details, solutions, and 2D and 3D design. During my HT/UX study, I tried to combine my skills. I did a minor in Retail design at Technical University of Delft, where I learned everything about Retail Design, Customer Experience, Visual Merchandising, and Branding.

Human Technology
2010-2014
I started in 2010 Human Technology at the Hague University because I loved the combination of technology and the interaction with people , and finding about their needs and dreams. I could also use my creativity to find solutions for their problems and frustrations. I was graduated in 2014. It was a great study with nice traineeships at MR Domotica and KPN.

In 2004 I studied Building engineering in The Hague and finished in 2008. After working in this industry I started in 2010 Human Technology at the Hague University.
